How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it.

We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, around your delivery location, and contacting the carrier directly. Some carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before they arrive.


Do you ship internationally?
