Activewear Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains (including deodorant or makeup), odors, or damage
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Items must be in sellable condition to be accepted.


Return Details

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Once your return is shipped, please email your tracking number to info@velauralife.com
  • VelAura is not responsible for items lost during return transit
  • We do not provide return labels.

Exchanges (Activewear)

We offer exchanges for a different size only.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory
  • We recommend sending your return back as soon as possible to secure your size

Sale Items

  • All Sale items are Final Sale unless the customer wants to exchange.
  • Items sent back that do not meet eligibility will be returned to the customer

We do not offer price adjustments.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us at info@velauralife.com within 2 days of delivery.


Processing Time

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to be processed once received
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items

👙 VelAura Swim Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygienic liner must remain intact
  • All tags must remain attached & must be in original bag. No exceptions. 

We recommend trying on swimwear over undergarments.

Any items that show signs of wear or removal of the hygienic liner will not be accepted.


Swim Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are issued once items are inspected and approved
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Swim Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item (subject to availability).

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
  • VelAura covers the cost of shipping your new item back to you

Swim Final Sale

All swimwear marked as Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
