Shipping Policy

At VelAura, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

By placing an order with VelAura, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During collection launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we'll do our best to notify customers of any significant delays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Shipping options are presented during checkout and vary based on destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and should be considered estimates only. VelAura cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive their package if required.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

VelAura is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.


Delivered Orders

Once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout, VelAura considers the order fulfilled.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Looking with household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting your local carrier directly.
  • Waiting up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final placement.

VelAura is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit (before being marked delivered), please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll gladly assist by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, labor interruptions, or other circumstances outside VelAura's control are not considered grounds for refunds or chargebacks.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as unclaimed may be subject to return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country.

VelAura has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.


Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may ship separately to expedite delivery.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping label

This helps us work with the carrier and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of everything received.


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

After an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

While VelAura is happy to assist customers in communicating with the carrier, we cannot control carrier operations, delivery schedules, or delivery decisions.


Fraud Prevention

For the protection of both our customers and VelAura, orders may be reviewed prior to shipment.

VelAura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse of our services.


Chargebacks

If you experience a shipping issue, we ask that you contact our Customer Support team before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution.

Most shipping concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Initiating a chargeback before contacting VelAura may delay resolution while the matter is investigated.
